Mark originally trained in Nottingham with a 'Big 4' firm of Accountants: he qualified in 1986 and has spent over 20 years specialising in taxation services both in the UK and overseas and was tax partner at a major firm of Chartered Accountants. Mark has considerable experience of providing value-added taxation services to multinational companies, family-owned businesses, UK and overseas based individuals and trusts.
His lateral thinking and commercial approach enable him to design and implement new tax planning strategies which achieve desired objectives. He has provided tax planning solutions for business disposals, tax effective profit extraction, estate planning, NIC and tax efficient remuneration planning as well as offshore strategies for high net wealth individuals.
